It’s a great place to stay. Good room, bathroom. Comfortable stay and good host. Most imp the location in powai is prime and value for money. Anytime prefer it over a 2-3 start Veridical Apartment Panchsmruti 1401 which are costlier and without windows. Room space was good, tv and wardrobe facilities are good. Had a comfy time. Only thing to improve is the caretaker contact which caused a hassle for check in late in night. The building guard was quite helpful and gave me caretaker number else no one was picking phone late in night as was given on the booking. So pols book early and contact caretaker before reaching. All good. Happy stay!

Our Room was quite large enough, Veridical Apartment Panchsmruti 1401 service was good, its basically a flat which they are using as a Veridical Apartment Panchsmruti 1401 business. Facilities are quite good. There were a micro oven, freeze, gas etc. Its an home like feeling there. Its reallh been a very pleasant stay in Powai, Munbai.

Service apartment with good staff.. Maintainance it quite nicely done.. Was impressed.. Would like to stay here again.. Nice locality.. Food was great.. Never had to ask for anything.. It was always there before demanded.. Bathroom was maintained through the my stay for more than a week.. Well done.

Good value for money stay in Powai. The food was good. I really enjoyed the stay there and I am planning to stay there in future. Will recommend this place for any one looking for convenient value for money accommodation in Powai.

The rooms were really good but the hall was poorly furnished and looked untidy. The rooms were neat and clean with all the basic facilities. The washrooms were clean but too small. The apartment is okay for one or 2 nights stay..

Second time I am staying, same good ambiance and same good homely food.

Location was little bit hard to find on navigation as possible is located on hills and have narrow roads and a busy place. Hiranandani central avenue is very near, so you can have nice gala time out there
