They charge m twice as i booked my hotel they refused it and said to pay 1100 there and said that i will get a refund but i didn't get any refund and they also that we don't get booking

The hotel collection o hotel green leaf demanded me for extra charges 300 to book the room. Which i paid. Which receipt is attached. I also complain to this to make my trip but issue not solved. The make my trip said that please provide bill from hotel, which the hotel not provided us.

Nice, it should be more facilitated, walls of the room very old. It should be renovated. It will attract your guest. Staff behaved well. Nice environment to stay.

The people at the hotel asked for extra money and were very ill behaved.

after reaching the hotel.. had informed earlier in the morning about our arrival.. room was not clean had a heavy smoke odour... ihv smoke problem... bedsheets were not clean so were the pillow cover.. but were changed when asked... asked for money while checkin although I had paid fully . my stay mentioned complimentary breakfast included they refused us of such thing. They even did not acknowledge .

businessShame on to make my trip. It's worst app i ever experienced. If you didn't tied up with the hotel how come you show this price. You showed me the rate is 623 and suddenly the hotel people no we didn't tied up with mmt if you want to stay pay 1300 i mean seriously. The worst app i won't recommend this app to anyone.
