It was a terrible experience. Just a few hours before our check-in, we were informed that there were no available rooms, despite our confirmed booking. When we requested a refund, the hotel refused and instead asked us to cancel from our end and seek a refund through makemytrip. To make matters worse, makemytrip’s customer service was just as unhelpful. In the end, we were left without a room, without a refund, and had to scramble to find another hotel at the last minute. Extremely disappointing and frustrating.
