Hotel O The Legent Hotel

I reached at the booked hotel for which I had already paid in advance, but at check-in time, the hotel manager said that there was no booking with payment. They claimed it was still unpaid. Moreover, the manager demanded an extra amount beyond the actual amount. I called the given number many times, but your team didn't provide me with the hotel's contact information. It's very poor service.
