Hotel O Omassery Open stay

Booking time air conditioner is there, but check in time no ac room is here room space and toilet is good.

the staff and owner, i booked on 17th december with my family. it was a nonrefundable booking and i paid. when i arrived at the hotel at 8:30 pm they said no rooms were available. all the rooms were booked they were saying my room is overbooked by oyo. when asked about the cash they said contact support. after some talk they asked me for more money to get the room. i paid more money and got the room. which is not having tv. non bath attached room still they charged me more. when i came to the room i found that there are more than 3 vacant rooms and they are simply tricky to get more cash. find some good hotels. also the bed is two single beds not double beds so when the sleeping bed is going both ways. non reliable
