Hotel O GRANDEUR HOTEL

Please don’t deal with OYO hotels. They confirm the reservation but the hotel management says ‘ no rooms ‘ as OYO payment to hotels are very low.

first they say wait 30 min.they have a room on ground floor then they said 1st, 2nd then finally they gave us 4th floor bad condition.bad cleaning.bad lights also staff was drunk and water was not there in bathroom.staff denied to fix the water issue.and there was no lift to 4 th floor

I didn’t even check out because hotel denied to checked in due to their ac was not working

Horrible stay, untidy bed and linen. Difficult to locate hotel. Don't even have display board outside

Nice food and clean hotel was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.
