The images shown vs the real hotel room was just shocking, the rooms are unfurnished and the pillow covers and bedsheets were loaded with a lot of dust. Another disappointment is that before our arrival somebody had already used the room for bathing and for other actions.

Room, toilet, bed, housekeeping, staff behaviour and all services are very bad. Hotel staff take extra money without receipt whereas we already give all booking amount with gst in advance. Online booking services is also helpless in resolving the disputes.
