Hotel Grand Milestone

Stay is terrible , it is not at all comfortable this hotel to stay with family .no facilities available. Even hot water there is no supply. After repeated follow ups house keeper brought little Luke warm water that’s not at all hot water. There is no provision in bathroom to keep towel . Existing stand is broken . Cleanliness is not good . There are no basic requirements like hot water , no stand in bathroom for towel keeping and hospitality is very poor . No toothbrush kit and no kettle available. There is no room dining facility for food

The rooms were very congested, not that clean. The service was fine. They were reachable even in the night but they need to improve the room cleanness.

Overall, my stay was satisfactory. The location was convenient, and the amenities provided were adequate for the price. However, i found the cleanliness to be lacking in some areas, which impacted my overall experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, but there were a few hiccups during my stay. It's a decent option for a budget stay, but improvements could be made to enhance the overall guest experience.

There was no power at this property. I had to vacate.

this hotel was indicated as newly built with 3 star rating. But on arrival shockingly found it to be a old one which is very poorly maintained. No proper basement parking access. No restaurant. Had to cut short our stay to just a day from planned 2 nights.

Good and decent place to stay with family. Safe, clean and comfortable. We stayed for 2 days and no issue
