The best place to stay and nearest to Phoenix market City. No hassle of traffic. Good is fresh and service is good. A makeover of the property will be value addition. I have experienced the difference between extraordinary and below ordinary for the same price. Value for money in Kurla West and offers a discount on food. A decent stay and hospitable staff.

I was been offered with executive room and all I got was a small bed with no space for a couple and their child. Paid for complimentary breakfast and all I got was a bill for two days of breakfast. They provided me with a bill and settled it for less. Totally dissatisfied.

The Hotel has a very good location very near to the Phoenix mall Kurla and close to Station greatly located to go to the Western and Eastern part of Mumbai and near from Airport. Hotel is good clean and good service. Food is also very good. I would certainly appreciate the staff and also recommend the Hotel.
