1 Pathetic hotel 2 Dirty rooms 3 Useless staff 4 Very very poor service 5 Not for family 6 Parking charges It was not hotel for stay. It was zoo. Bathroom dirty. Never expect this from MMT. Overall never ever visit again after these kind of property. Not at all happy.

It was a good stay. Food is very nice & service was prompt. Staff was also very good. Rooms are neat and clean. Stay was great, room was neat & clean. Staff also very good & supportive.

Room was good, all the staff very good. As per price it's superb. I am disappointed by only one thing , I had a complementary 2 hour late checkout but fabHotel didn't give me. Thanks for the nice service!!

New and nice hotel cooperative staff near and clean room, washroom, bed spread. hot water kettle available in the room car parking available value for mn.

The corridors were untidy, the room and washroom were not that clean and full of mosquito's

Location is good, Nearby Reliance store and many food joints are there . Approx 2.5 km from Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Hospital . Room was ok and breakfast was good.

I really love the place, especially the privacy is too good. But a little problem with the bed when i fall onto it i sounds like a rat means rattling voice with every move so please take care of that. Secondly, i really love the taste of food, it was too delicious 🤤 and my partner really loved it. Thanks a lot for the service and please take care of your bed. Overall i loved everything little thing

It's location is not good. The guards on the ground floor don't know that there is a hotel on the first flood. Make my trip said they would consider to allow up to 2 PM but they refused to allow beyond 12 noon.

I had a wonderful stay at FabHotel. The rooms were spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and quick to respond to any requests. The location is perfect – peaceful yet very well-connected to nearby markets and metro stations. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommended for solo travelers, couples, and business trips alike.

Inspite of complimentary early check in we are charged additional Rs 489/- and complimentary breakfast is eye wash with one paratha and half cup of tea. Staff rude and impolite. Overall not so good

People’s over in the reception are good and cooperative actually, i left my wallet with my id and atm card credit cards etc at the reception area and left for my work luckily, i was blessed to get it back. All because of the good gesture of the staff at the reception
