Terrible Stay

The Second and Third Floor was Full of Water in the Rooms. And there was Towel kept so that Water doesn't go out. This was in 3 Rooms. And we didn't have any Views on the 1st and Second floor except for the Talpatri Plastic which was Covering the Balconies of Both the Floors. Doors were Tight and to open it forcefully from the Latch you get a Slight cut on Your Finger. Also there was No Security Whatsoever. The Room on the Ground Floor next to Swimming Pool Windows opened Directly. The 3rd Floor Terrace Door was Not able to Close Hope so you will do something about it. Never faced this before in MMT. Please give me a Refund for this. Before going also when I was Booking with you. The Ekostay Guys called me and said you will have to Pay 1500 extra Per Child. Each Child above 6 Years you have to pay Extra Whereas there was nothing written on MMT APP. I have the Watsapp Chats with me. So I was asked to pay and was Finally Resolved when you all Came in this. Overall the Worst Experience this time

Property- sucasa villa, lonavala the property was amazing with everything well maintained, the rooms were beautifully decorated, and the best was the host vishal, he literally helped my family with everything we asked for. Super super cooperative. Only the pool was not that clean as expected.
