A good hotel as per the norms of government. Staffs try their level best to offer good services. Book this hotel through Make My Trip ...you will get a cheaper deal than directly with the hotel.

Services were excellent and very impressive. Had an awesome time. Would recommend the same to my friends.

Food was just average. They could not serve fruit like banana in breakfast. No sweets or desserts were served after lunch or dinner. However staff were friendly and cooperative.

Very Disappointed with MMT recommended hotel. Room not meet the price. Lizards were everywhere at room. Hotel staff are good and very friendly. Room service boys are very much active but room quality is very bad.

Good food but arrogant reception person. Check-in issues solved by MMT thanks for that. In short good hotel to stay in for a day. I would highly recommend to book your stay from make my trip because you would probably be shocked after hearing the rates at the reception table out there ..

THE HOTEL WAS BOOKED BY ME THROUGH MAKE MY TRIP. Charges paid Rs 4200/(Room only basis). When we reached hotel we found that rooms are stuffy full of wizards and flies. No basic amenities in the room or in the toilet. On our request they shifted us in another room slightly better than the previous one. We came to know that the rack rate of the best room with AC in this property is Rs 3000/ including complimentary breakfast. We felt cheated. Though the location was excellent but rooms are horrible and room services are zero.

It is an average hotel. Behaviour of majority of staffs was good. Foods were costly. Room service was available for tea and snacks only. A bush of casuarina tree in front of hotel is a plus point of the hotel. Rain water came inside room during heavy rainfall, though it was cleaned. Approach road before sea beach was in bad condition due to rainfall. I enjoyed the stay.

Location and cleanliness is very good. But the staff are not able to respond properly in language other than Bengali. There was lot of confusion regarding dinner and breakfast timings. We were informed that dinner starts at 9.30 PM, but we were called for dinner at 10PM only to see that the restaurant was full. Also, we are asked to have breakfast by 8.30AM, but we saw people having breakfast even at 10.30AM.

Located on the sea beach. Well designed and maintained. Quality of food was too good. All the staffs are very polite and friendly. Good at service and ethics. Everything was perfect. Best hotel of Mandarmoni. I would suggest it for everyone.

The reach is a bit difficult but then you get a quite place. Food is expensives. Room quality is okay. The staff was good. The beach in the front was very good. No crowd and pretty clean. There are a few shacks little away from the hotel which serve you good food.

Digante Resort ruined our family vacation. Period! Future tripsters, read ahead before you take the leap of fate. 1. No signs to guide you to the so called resort, if not for GPS EVEN SHERLOCK HOLMES WOULD STRUGGLE TO FIND THIS PLACE! Not to mention, the approach road is like the stairway to hell x100 times! 2. Ordering food is nothing less than a nightmare either, lunch order taken en-route, dinner order during lunch, breakfast order at dinner - still they manage to mess up the orders, not once but twice! For the so called complimentary breakfast you get only bread & butter despite ordering for eggs, at dinner time they bring out the order sheet to prove that no order of the said item was placed instead of going out of the way to make the guest feel at home. Pathetic! They seem to get some kind of vicarious pleasure in antagonising their guests at this resort, very strange for people who are in the hospitality business. 3. The dining hall TV seems to be for the staff personal entertainment, decorum is a joke to these people. 4. Complained to booking partner & Mr. Chintu, Manager & Mr. Swarup Adhikary (Digante) = 0 Action taken against the indifferent staff. LESSON: Never pay rent in advance, especially if you are staying first time & most definitely to a third party. 5. Lizards everywhere in the room for company, but that's just part of experience offered free of cost by the resort. 6. Rooms much smaller & basic than what is shown in the pictures, so what you SEE IS NOT WHAT YOU GET AT DIGANTE. Beautiful property, undone by its cosmetic cottages. Your world will collapse once you set foot in the room which is reminiscent of a Mumbai Studio apartment but even smaller. This was supposed to accommodate three people but looked more like of a squalor. 7. Staff attitude & behaviour is an absolute disgrace & disservice to what could have been a picturesque & peaceful resort experience at Mandarmoni. PS: Couldn't find my phone charger once the room was cleaned so your guess is as good as mine as to its fate!

One the way to Digante, I was thinking that it will be an average kind of hotel in a not so commercialised area as Mandarmani. On reaching there, I was quite surprised by its location as well as ambiance. Also very good the service and food. Approved!

Digante was lovely. First, location wise, it was breathtaking. The pristine Mandarmoni beach is just a few feet away from the main gate. As you enter digante you are welcomed by trees and hammocks tied between them. We took the non a/c delux room. The room is ok. We went in october and it was hot. Although the food is fantastic and the service is great in terms of a friendly and prompt staff. The rooi fish fry, jumbo prawn malai curry and a thali are delicious. The crabs tasted better outside in the food stalls.

It was a memorable stay at Digante. The rooms are quite good and clean. Its worth of money. The staff member also very cooperative. After this visit we already decided that in future also we will stay in Digante only. Regards, Rafikul Hussain

We went there for birthday celebration. They provided us everything needed like cake etc... Our stay was very good and the location of hotel is awesome... Just in front of beach and the beach was also not much crowded so one can enjoy a lot... food was sophisticated and cheap... They ask you before preparing the meals...

Worth money paid.

Hotel is really nice and clean. Hotel guys are really good. It was good experience to stay there.

Though the location of the hotel was great and it looked extremely promising. The rooms were ok. But the service was not good at all. There was sometimes no response or a very tardy one at best anytime we called be it room service or the restaurant or even housekeeping.
