Azure Stays | Medanta Medicity (500mts)

Its a kind of red light hotel. Hope we get it. As a family or friends i won't prefer or recommend anyone unless you want to get that vibe

The mentioned location in make my trip is misleading. Its in sector 47. 2. 5 km away from medanta the medicity. Service is terrible. They don't have enough staff to serve guest. Tv didn't work as tata play sett-op box was not available. Its nothing but a big big fraud typically delhi wala fraud.

It was very good hotel with two rooms with less price. Room was clean. There was ac in both the rooms.

Excellent facilities and staff. Feels like home.

On mm t i was shown azure stay where i booked my room for the night but when i called the property they told me it’s closed. And location they sent me to other location named the glory hotel which was very inconvenient for me. On mm t i was shown the property but it wasn’t there and it was late night i had no other option but to stay. I always book hotel through your app. But this experience makes me think about future bookings. It was breach of trust.

I have raised a cancellation request after few minutes of booking but no refund

review of azure stays positive updates 1. location is good 2. room size i decent 3. wifi was working 4. staff supportive negative updates 1. no lock in the main door of the room . when asked about the keys & lock i was told that cctv is there to check any issue. bizarre reply from staff 2. extremely poor water facility . for two days extremely poor supply of hot water in this chilly conditions 3. no room heater facility 4. only of dish was allowed for breakfast ( breakfast was included in the package ) 5. the google location mentioned in the website takes you to jharsa village non drivable narrow lanes …

Very good location. No disturbances. Usually i stay here for a long/short stay and i found all the staff very professional. Manager and host mr harendra prasad is so calm and if any complaints, he resolves the issues sooner. Food service was excellent and food is good. Nearby is metro so one can catch autos near medanta hospital and reach metro within 5 to 10 minutes. All groceries, medicine shops, hospitals are nearby. If solo/couple/business travellers planning for long or short stay, this is the place i highly recommend.

Check in was quick, rooms and bathrooms were clean, food was average however service could improve.

Food & hospitality was best there, it's an excellent stay for a couple. Not just inside even the outside area was very quiet and full of greenery, which often delhi hotels lack.

It was convenient, however had to change rooms in the middle as they had given us a room on a pure booked floor
