Hotel is about to close and we are last customer they have sold out our booked rooms first and then after arguments and time given us the non ac rooms

Great location and the service was also upto the mark but the only concern was low standard room

Our stay was nice. Rooms were decent enough to stay and we opted for beach view rooms which were nice. The main attraction was the beach viyand serenity of the place. You can enjoy the view with the lovely foods hotel staff offers and rejuvenate your stay

Good staff and food and all are in a reasonable price

Hut was good and it is attached to beach so the hotel is awesome but food quality is not upto the mark and even more costly.

The stay was amazing and the host was equally helpful and a worker named vishal helped us a lot and took care of us from taxi to guiding us for boat and everything. The stay has an amazing view of agonda beach. It was really amazing we totally loved it

This resort is one of the best in south goa. If you want to relax you can find the relaxing time here. Away from the crowded beaches of north goa. The hospitality was good. The food was awesome.

Pros- rooms are on beach, good staff behaviour, kitchen open from morning till night, private parking space, cons- rooms are beach huts not luxurious resort rooms, small space rooms, no toiletries except towels.

Location was good. There was no network but all the places had wifi facility. Beach was clean and safety outside the place was a little concern if you are not in a group as it gets too secluded at night time.

Rooms were very dirty. Toilet seat was broken. Water was leaking through taps. Mainly, staff doesn't care to fix these problems. Staff is rude and not polite. Cockroaches were present in the bathroom. I will not reccomend this hotel to anyone.

i thought “hut” in the title was meant for a small room. it was actually a shanty for amenities.no hot waterno tv- children got bored the water was not draining from the bathroom frequent electricity disconnects with no backup- the hotel had no diesel leftno tap to wash feet when returning from beachfood quantity was very low and not worth the pricethe only good thing was that the staff was helpful with whatever they could

Property location was cool beach touch but hut was shabby not up to mark bed sheet n pillow cover was bad smell need to improve

the property is located right at the beach. sea facing rooms are awesome. the property is green and clean. Staff and helpers are friendly and helpful. especially lovely bhai. he was just a call away and he ensured that the Stat experience is comfortable. Food is amazing, much better that what we had out of our hotel nearby agonda. This place is definitely recommended. I would surely visit once again😊

They have issue with fan and ac

Location is very good. Secluded beach! almost like a private one. Its a descent option for money. There was low voltage light. And in morning water was unavailable. We called caretaker. But no one answered. We had to figure it out by ourselves
