Rooms are too small as shown in the images, beds are not good, there is no geyser in washroom, wifi was not working properly

Very good lake view room. Very nice service. Even if they attend phone in single call and guide you properly about location & other nearby places. Zoo is very close to this hotel only 10 min walk. Coffee & food very tasty and reasonable price. Room was clean and well decorated. Every thing is good. Enjoyed the stay a lot with family.

Bathroom was clean, room and mattress experience was not really good for me. In mattress one side, you can feel the spring. Staff and food was good here. Overall ok-ok experience for me.

Room is very small and not clean hot water not available dustbin not available. Room is conjusted.

First time i was traveling in nainital and it was very good experience and doing with us good behaviour

1) The Hotel was too dirty- Spot of pulses on bed sheets and blankets, they didn't change it even after asking. 2) Too far from Nanital Lake and Rickshaw taxi is also not available which means you have to walk approx 600 meters to reach Nanital Lake every time. 3) Staff was not cooperative and rude. 4) At the time of booking the hotel manager will promise to arrange car parking for you and then at the time of check in he will deny and because of this hotel you have to bear additional cost 300+300+100+100+100+100 for taxi everytime. 5) The Kitchen was too dirty as we have not ordered anything from the hotel. 6) Too expensive hotel with no geyser or other facilities. 7) We can't say Nakshatra Inn as a hotel it is just like a Hospital.naam bhi chote aur darshan bhi chote. 8) Please don't book this hotel you will regret.

Kitchen is in very bad condition veg and nonveg at same place no geyser in bathroom self service for hot water from plastic dram you charging extra buck for this hotel it's not worthy no lake view from room

Rooms does not have geyser and bathroom flush not working food are ok does not heater in rooms after 8 am will get tea

Everything (room, service & food) was perfect, except washroom. Staff were too polite and helpful. Nice experience.

1) provided car parking 2) food tastes good 3) no running hot water 4) partial power backup 5) so many patches on walls and cupboard 6) rain water entered into the room 7) dust on lights and fans

Nice place for staying. Budget friendly deal. Room service was good, staff was supportive. Basic necessities were available.

The room was good and stylish but the bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty. In the bathroom, there was leakage making the floor wet.

It's good to stay there. But bathroom me geyser and sleeper hota auro better hota by the way hotel staff are very nice they always ready to help and they provide hot water when we need so thnku for hotel staff hotel room is also good neat and clean
