had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was in poor condition – it was not properly cleaned, the bedsheets were dirty, and the washroom basin was broken. Room service was extremely unresponsive; I had to call multiple times before anyone attended. The overall cleanliness of the hotel is unacceptable – even the stairs were dirty. To make things worse, there was water leakage from the AC right in front of the rooms. This is honestly the worst hotel I have ever booked. Would not recommend it to anyone.

Great hotel. Cleanliness was next level. Hospitality is superb. Food was so good. Staff were so friendly. Room was great and great value for the price.
