Toiletries and bathroom kit should be improved. Access corridor/staircase to rooms is very dingy look. Needs renovation. Should provide landline for room service since network may be patchy

The overall experience was bad and unpleasant. There was a mouse at the stay which stole our food and soap. We complained about this to the manager and he was like it's normal. The surrounding of the stay was also not well maintained.

It is indeed a 1 star hotel. Service is average and food is also average. The best part about this place is the private beach access which is open to the resort customers only.

I traveled alone and found the place extremely safe for women. The staff was friendly and helpful. People were really good and the view scenic. fell in love with the hospitality and location.

The location is lovely and the staff friendly. If you like to be left to doing your thing - this is the place to go.

The property view is to die for. They have this shack right in front of the ocean which let's you enjoy the cool breeze with sounds of waves crashing. As the day descents the atmosphere becomes all the more surreal. The staff responded very cordially. The manager was there in person to cater to all our demands and needs. The property has its own secluded portion of beach which let's you enjoy the view and you can stay longer. We had pane-er and dall sabzi for dinner and it was better than north indian dhabas. The breakfast had egg bhurji, poha, toast, a loo paratha, a char and coffee as well as tea. Food was served fresh. The cottages inside gives you a royal feeling as you enter. I don't mind spending a whole month here. There were couples as were as family and it was an amazing experience they have this cute little labrador maxie. She was so friendly and ran with me on the beach. I am gonna miss you buddy. Highly recommended. I guess it was best decision to stay here while in north goa.

Would definitely recommend. Had a great vacation near the sea.

Ok hotel, need to maintain properly

Private beach is good. Which is great. But lacks a phone in rooms to call reception or other services

Mosquito problem was huge. Fan was way too small for a non ac hut in goa summer. Staff was diverting questions rather than taking it as their own place of work.

Location is really great, you are always on beach. In house restaurant serves great food. You will always see people from nearby hotels as well at their restaurant. I think that is just because of quality.
Rooms are big enough and at a good distance and properly cleaned.

Overall a superb experience. Pols book the beach facing rooms if you can. Staff are excellent and super friendly. Special mention for amit prasad at the restaurant. Ever friendly and always smiling. Even the manager joseph was very helpful

Its a good place to chill, thats it. Staff and service is courteous but do not expect too much. Rooms are average and we stayed in a delux room, good running ac, comfortable beds are basic, but i still believe the fittings in the bathroom, basic elements like a good bathing materials, plus basic amenities such as paste, brush could have been included. The walls are so thin that you can hear the other rooms conversation. It is recommended that you stay in the ac huts, which are better. Or non ac huts if you can manage. The staff is managed and run by 1 guy, who is the manager but for everything you have to call him. But the best part is that the staff is always taking an initiative. Breakfast is just basic, perhaps they can improve the breakfast selections, it was too basic.

Safety - when it comes to safety or cleanliness, i did not see any efforts. None of the staff was wearing masks, the hotel at most times was not clean. The food area did not seem very clean either. Food - the breakfast was not good, fresh may be but not good overall. Limited options in the buffet are one things but staff almost refusing to get you food even if you are ready to pay separately was kind of a pain. On two occasions, we were told about the billing system first and then given an option to order. On another occasion, the kitchen was too busy to make anything separately so we were told that we need to wait. The ambience of the restaurant is good and it looks really pretty but i would say it does not meet even the basic hygiene practices. Staff - i would call out sharib and joseph, who were at-least ready to listen when we were talking to them. The security guard was also nice. The rest of the staff, god! needs basic service lessons. They are hardly interested in you, are very rude and give back on every statement that you say. After staying in 100s of hotels till date, i would say this was the worst. If you do not go by the looks and prioritise service, do not even think about this place. Cleanliness - well, i dusted most of the room as soon as i entered coz pretty much everything other than the floor was dusty. The cleaning guy here kind of feels that b rooming and moping the floor is everything! the bathroom was cleaned without any basic disinfectant and it was very sad to see that. The premises do not smell great, yes it is very important if the owners/management does not know about it. The stairs beside our room may be had a bathroom beneath it and like any other public toilets, you know what it felt like as soon as you walk out of your room. I would give a negative in this area completely. Even the food menu was dirty, yes you read it right! to summarise, not in my wildest dream will i suggest it to someone that i care about. Pros a few staff members to the least do what they are supposed to, may be 3 out of 20. The looks are great. By the cover, it's a pretty place to have a chill dinner once in a year. Cons everything else.

General safety isn't an issue, but no specific safety measures taken from a covid perspective. It all seems normal. No masks, no temperature checks.

This was my 4th visit to this place and as usual they continued to please me. The staff and the manager are well behaved. The overall safety, security and service was at its best. Unlike other resorts in Ashwem, the staff at Lamore takes very good care of guests. Their service and the behaviour towards all guests is equally balanced. Location is best. Beer options are limited compared to other resorts but all famous brands are definitely available. You'll have the variety of good cocktails and mocktails. Must visit place if you are with a family. Well maintained, neat and clean place.
