Very worst hotel due bad. Need 50% refund i’m very disappointed

Clean rooms and cooperative staffs.

It was for the first time, I was planning for a trip with my family. I was not sure with budget friendly accommodation for family in Kodaikanal as my old parents were not aligned towards resort facilities. Lakshmi Lands stay was the most appropriate in such situation. They serve amazing home made food. With awesome hospitality and care. I am really happy with their service and care.

Excellent, peaceful, good location, everything near by, staffs are treat very well.

Value for money. Service is very good. Nearby to bus stand and peaceful location.

It is a home Stay. Staff were very kind. Rooms, beds and toilets were clean and neat. Manager made our Stay very comfortable. Had a homely food. Overall very good and safe place to Stay.

Location is good and safe good environments

GOOD: Very peaceful location. Hotel is easy to locate. Nearby sightseeing places are easy to reach from hotel. Hotel owner is very courteous and friendly. BAD: We were promised that wifi is available but when we reached we didn't get wifi, owner informed that he will get it fixed by The evening but while our Stay we didn't get wifi. Room was not in a very good condition and was very cramped. Price of The room could have been less as compared to The room size and amenities provided. Food is expensive.

The location of the hotel is about 2.5 km from city center, hence is a little isolated. Rooms and toilet were clean. Manager was co-operative and managed to arrange services for local sightseeing. Overall: 3/5.

Good location to Stay. Near by only from The bus stand

The worst stay I ever had in my life. Found cockroaches, spider web all around. Broken window that allowed cold air in the night and could not sleep well. If you ask for the heater, they charge you an extra amount per day. And don't ever order food from these guys. Yikes! Also located in an isolated area where it is very difficult to call a cab. I wish I forget the nightmare stay soon.

The ground floor was cold. No heater available in rooms. Socks and sweaters advised. Facilities and food was adequate.

Very nice Stay at Kodaikanal.

Awesome place to Stay and spend time with family and friends. This place is located on The way to Kurunji and far temple. Only The problem is The street is very steep and it's located at down because it's Hills Station. Manager sila Marxian is a very supportive and friendly person. We have breakfast fast which is prepared by him and it was nice. This is located in mid of Kodaikanal City and you can enjoy your trip and Stay for sure.

Good n peaceful Stay with family.

The place is very well maintained. The caretaker is warm, cordial and hospitable. The kodai Lake is 15 minute walk from the place. The home cooked meal is excellent.

Everything was good at this property. Only The location is far from The Lake which is The main point. Food was good in taste. Property is recommendable.

Its not a hotel it is a home Stay The manager is very nice and supportive staff is also very much good but about location it is little bit hard to find but you will find very easily with help of staff
