Hotel W Grand - A Boutique Hotel

The staff is extremely good and amazing especially Mr. Akash and Mr.Nikhil are very quick on their feet and really makes you feel like home. I was sick and it was difficult for me to get to a medical by myself let alone to a Doctor. But Mr. Akash really came in and helped me going out of his way for medicine and even offered me to help going to the Doctor. The staff and management never disappoints. Would recommend it over any other Hotel W Grand - A Boutique Hotels!!

we stayed that property @ second time 1st time we found property directly but booked from Make my trip but property have not enough place for parking & have not guard to watch vechicals limited breakfast options but food quality n taste was good Room service was not up to mark when we stayed second time this property they have not provided us tooth brush / tooth paste / milk powder etc....

Stay was good, Hotel is clean and hygiene, food also good, staff are polite and attenable. Only issue was Bathroom latch was not operational and bath soap dispenser was empty and broken.

Worth ever penny, good location, easy accessibility. Recommended property.good staff, complimentary breakfast with good taste. Good room service.

Stay was very good except 1 problem in hand towel hanger was not fixed properly inside the bathroom.

Service is good but food is more costly

room are clean, staff are supportive. only breakfast quantity or menu must be good . restaurant facility is not available.

Very cam and cool stuff, very clean room and bathroom. foods are very tasty 😋. Location is good if you have your own car.
