The rooms are clean and newly constructed as per the pricing but the manager is a bit crack. Just because of the clean rooms i chose this property otherwise the manager needs some skill.

1) No welcome drink was provided. 2) No dental kit or hygiene kit. 3) The toilet was smelling too bad. All the staff could do was spray air freshener. 4) Toilet door lock was broken. 5) Breakfast was okaish.

Excellent stay at property. Staff very courteous and excellent. Only problem that I found was that food was very expensive though food was very very tasty. KUDOS to the chef at the property. Only suggestion to property is that consider fixing food rates at par with market............

The staff was polite and available at your service...this is a new property but when it comes to cleanliness and hygiene it was not as per the mark, there were bugs in my bed, no vanity kit no tissues nothing is provided as they mentioned it in their booking quotation, bedsheets were dirty even after changing it there were fresh mark of food and it has holes on it, washroom was stinking like anything ...location was quite secluded there were hotels around it but not quite inclusive...overall staff was polite and make me feel comfortable (only good thing about this hotel)

The experience was good overal

Worth the amount we paid for the stay! The family triple bed is quite spacious and can easily accommodate 3 guests. The staff is warm and welcoming especially the receptionist who received us, he made sure to make our stay comfortable. The food though good but it is overpriced and the service was quite slow. The Hotel has all the amenities like lift, restaurant, kettle in room. The area is also quite peaceful. The staff makes sure to ensure everything in place. The check-in was quite hassle-free. Overall, a good place to stay for the price we paid for our stay!

we stayed that property @ second time 1st time we found property directly but booked from Make my trip but property have not enough place for parking & have not guard to watch vechicals limited breakfast options but food quality n taste was good Room service was not up to mark when we stayed second time this property they have not provided us tooth brush / tooth paste / milk powder etc....

The staff is extremely good and amazing especially Mr. Akash and Mr.Nikhil are very quick on their feet and really makes you feel like home. I was sick and it was difficult for me to get to a medical by myself let alone to a Doctor. But Mr. Akash really came in and helped me going out of his way for medicine and even offered me to help going to the Doctor. The staff and management never disappoints. Would recommend it over any other hotels!!
