Hotel O Jaiswal Star Stay

I didn't check in hotel. Refund my payment

When i went to hotel they said all rooms are sold out and denied me of giving room. After speeking with customer care they finally gave me room. But I had to wait for 30min for getting keys to room. After that room that was allowred to me was in very bad condition. Bedsheets had holes in it. Room was smelling very bad. And the furniture has fungus. It was very bad experience for me to sleep in that room. Also air conditioner in room was also missing. Just because I had no other option I had to leave in that room. It was very bad experience.

After booking, they asked for extra charges for ac room. When we are booking ac are included but they were not providing and demand extra payment for ac room. Room was smelling and bed like a old furniture. Mattress was local like too thin and dirty, bedsheet was very dirty.

This hotel is not only bad this hotel is terrible i booked a ac room and the game me non ac they charged 300 extra for ac room. Hotel staf is very baad and manager behaviour is very bad

I booked ac room but hotel staff didn't run ac and very rude behaviour hotel staff very poor i never stay in future in this hotel
