I had never expected such type of poor hotel. They put on the 3rd floor despite of my arthritis problem. Nobody was there to serve. They had taken GST amount separately. In this budget very good hotels were available

We initially offered you third floor room. But when you spoke about arthritis problem and requested for ground floor room we changed the room. We also served you dinner in your room. You could have said that you didn't like the Hotel but do not say we didn't offer you service

The room provided was big and nice. The Hotel is far away from the Beach. Overall a pleasant stay
