Location is ok...but in the amenities or photographs they show a beautiful restaurant...which is not at all operational...if u order in room then u ll get the food... I had purchased JALLIANWALA BAGH view room f.. But they provided some stupid viw room at first...on retaliating they changed it ...but doormat bed sheet were dirty...bathroom handwash was empty...u have to ask for everything to get it...experience was not good..only plus is location is near to the temple

My friend room was booked for 2 night and I informed will come next day early morning even though its booked due to delay in train so hotel gave that room to another person and when I reached hotel I had to wait for 2 hrs to get room. Breakfast is served in room only but it takes more than 40 mins after order for breakfast getting ready.

worst experience with family with respect hygiene, luggage transport to room to food. its not worth for family specially those who have less than 3-4 year old kid. very pungent smell inside the room. poor room cleaning without removing night food stuff from table. you need to wait to get hot water for bath or in handwash. I will never recommend this property for family.

Location is great. Access towards langar side entrance makes it a bonus. Rooms need better cleaning n AC remotes need to be requested to the front desk. Early morning Hot water takes time so have to waste a couple of buckets which is unfortunate. Overall cleanliness improvement would do wonders for this place.
