Holiday Inn Amritsar, An IHG Hotel

the location is very nice it has very good services are very good

Breakfast was very bad food quality was very very bad , Room - bedsheets were very old ,

Had a 3 day stay at this hotel. The service by the staff was great and and they were very helpful. Great food too.

1. Servicing is not good when we requested a glass of milk then they delivered a cup of milk that was very. 2. ⁠room category is not matched with the booked one. They haven’t given a swimming pool view.⁠⁠ 3. ⁠bathroom was not clean at the time of check-in also after multiple follow-up flush issue not resolved.

Housekeeping service is very poor. No towels were placed in the bathroom, and the intercom isn’t working. I had to go all the way to the reception to report the room issue.

Property is fine, Main Issue is the entrance its very steep slope and our car is parked by wallet on the road there is no holiday inn parking, Hotel is too busy & too much rush, same rush we have seen at the time of buffet breakfast so we are getting order very late although it have variety of option in breakfast. Also there is very particular about check out time I have checkin at 2.30 pm & ask them I will be checking out at 12.30 to 1pm but still they have call me to remember me that check out time is 12pm

Great stay, clean rooms, great service and good food

The hotel is old and contemporary. The food is very average and lacks taste. The hotel provides vegan food options. The comforter cover was stained. The wall had stains of slippers/ shoe marks. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Hotel, it's service and staff were excellent! Location of hotel is good. Quality of razor and comb should be improved.

Staff was very cooperative, easy access to all the major tourist spots, nearby to the D block market, white sauce pasta, cold coffee and bakery products were amazing
