3rd class room, washroom. No ones known meaning of cleanliness. Very dirty room, washroom, bedsheets, blanket. Please it's request not to choose Heritage Holiday, Ooty. Give me my money back. It's request to MMT please check the service which is provided by this Holiday Home and after take it under you. I want to claim both of you. MMT and Heritage Home.

familyOnly Chemallah is helpful and nice guy. But he is not regular there. He was there in absence of regular manager. Very far from City. Locality is very poor. Regular manager is not that much helpful. He also ask us to purchase water from outside. Not cleaned at all especially toilet.

I booked 3 room but they provided only 2 room as well as no hot water in the hotel. I don't know how to Bath without hot water. No service boys available for emergency help.

The location is awesome and safe. In front of the room they have large space for walking and parking. The room is well cleaned and the staffs Mr. Manickam and Edison both are very polite and friendly personalities. Also, they are serving homely hygienic tasteful food depends on your request. Either family or single, this is the best place to stay hotel for under the low budget.
