Heritage By Bhawani Paying Guest House

The Hotel was Far Away from the Central Location. No public transport were available. I had to book personal cab each time I visited the market. There was no Mineral Water Provided. Only tap water provided for drinking The room was too smelly. And the size of the room was not that good for 3 person stay. There was no Kettle, wifi provided, mineral water nothing as promised. There was no single table, chair, dressing table means nothing was provided. Only a double bed was there inside the room. Overall experience was horrible 😔 I'll never ever visit this hotel again.

Over all normal and staff behaviour is good

Almost none of the amneties listed were given. The rooms weren't cleaned after the previous guests. The floor had hair & cigarette ash on. The shower was broken.

Location is good. But other than that it's a waste of money to stay in this property. The bedroom walls were moulded. Washroom looked like a roadside urinal. Whatever was written in amenities section i.e newspaper, kettle, free WiFi nothing was given. Even drinking water was not available there. It's the poorest experience so far.

terrible experience. world's worst hotel ever. We had to take half refund but we never wanted that at first place.. don't book this hotel.

property is on the mahmoorganj road highway.... but food location is a little far

The room was booked for 4 adults, yes we opted for a single room, but we never thought the room would be just 9ft X 9ft room. How can they accept booking of 4 adults in such a tiny room? and they were not ready to refund or give us additional room. and the property is terribly maintained, no cleanliness at all.

Location was okay, close to certain places. Unnecessary high charges for the room. The quality was way cheap and not even 1% justifiable to what I paid. Rooms are too small, bathrooms where dirty. The only good things where the service person of the hotel. Rest all is fake what ever shown in the image is not correct.

Very careful and responsible staff, my check in time is 11 am but i not reach that time and guest house staffs are continue follow up me till night.

It's a very pathetic place they have charged me for 4 rooms with washroom but they give me 2 room combined with only 1 washroom. No drinking water fecility no cleaning and all

The worst hotel , worst management, the photo does not match with reality, staff doesn't know basic hospitality, very unhygienic.

No parking facility, single bathroom between two rooms and the most horrible position of the comod in the bathroom is that you can't sit. very unhygienic room . guest house on the second floor and there is no restaurant near by

Hotel had nice rooms, it was okay we stayed for 1 day.

The stay was comphertable, the staffs were cooperative & helping & soft spoking. Location was just very near to railway station. Foods are not served here.

first I am surprised how did make my trip without looking at this property listed in home stay. all the walls are leading with terrible smell. no hot water. worst beds and lenin, doors not proper can listen everything from corridors. ordinary window heavy disturbance from road, very very small rooms. no side tables, no power backup, dustbins are not all clean.

The receptionist was nice. I had some trouble finding the location. Little bit far from ghats but over all nice stay.

Room was terrible there was no facility in room like blankets water etc. Even when i complained no cooperation from the hotel even does not provide hot water as mentioned.
