Location is perfect located just near katra main bazar at walking distance. Food is super delicious and they also give some complimentary items with each room order. Amenities and services are fantastic as the staff is really polite and helpful. Kudos to the whole team at ITC fortune katra. Highly recommended. Keep it up.

Stay and rooms are good even the staff is very supportive. Complimentary pickup and drop to vaishno devi is also there. However, the Breakfast was disappointing, not even single thing was tasting good. So apart from breakfast everything was amazing.
