    Pathetic experience !! The owner has assigned a caretaker to the apartment who doesn't know anything. The owner is least bothered about the guests. Someone else was occupying the room which was booked by us and after around half an hour of argument the person was transferred to another room. There was no spare room available having same amenities. Towels, pillow covers, etc are dirty. The paint has worn off from various places. There are mice in the balcony. Shower tap was broken. Geyser doesn't work properly. The breakfast provided is not sufficient even for a 4 year old child. Everything was bad about our stay. Total waste of money. Had booked the place only due to it's proximity to Malad mindspace area.

    Location is excellent but room also good & services not good.. My opinion is room services is improving... Then apartment room services good.. Room size is small and bed size also same please advice improving.

    Room: There was no water in the toilet. Flush was also not working. Facilities: Phone is not there. Plain paratha that too burnt was served for breakfast. Tea was cold and milk was negligible in it. Hand wash was mixed with lots of water. Only 1 towel and shampoo was given for 2 people. Service: The caretaker is very rude and back answers if we tell him anything about the service. He doesn't answer the calls if we call him on his Mobile and he doesn't call back again.

    Located at 10th floor of the skyscraper, this service apartment can give you the best view of the city from balcony and glass wall at any time of the day. There room was amazing and had all the services and privacy one can ask for. The care taker of the apartment is very descent and helpful. Will be surely visiting there again next time. Adding photo of the view from balcony and how the building looks!
