Executive Lotus - service apartment

I stayed there with my friend. Room size was small. There was no attached toilet and the common toilet was in pathetic condition.

I booked for 2 nights but I was made to move from one Service apt to another lost 3hours of my time. Later on the next day I was asked to shift to another place nearby. Made me go from place to place. I will never trust my trip in the future.

The experience with this property was worst. The location was really worst, I will never recommend this property to others anyway. The caretaker was drunk when we checked-in, which I really feel not secure for the solo, ladies group, couple and family.

It's waste no attach wash room

Service staffs are very friendly.
Good hospitality but have water problem sometimes.

Water problem, no Wi-Fi, no parking.

So nice location and so nice society.
Like the room, room very nice.

Without water stay with unhygienic experience.

Air conditioner not working and it was very noisy.
I am very disappointed due to service.

Worst experience I ever had. Never seen such bad hospitality. Only one servant was there and he was aware of nothing.
Continuos disturbance and attending person was not cooperating. Asked for something to eat but he refused and there was nothing nearby. Told him that I will check-out at 7:30 but he told breakfast will be available only after 8:30 AM. pathetic experience.

All are under construction area. **** Heavy traffic to reach. Than they have a bihari for keep the house clean and also serve you too with his dirty hands. All rooms are noisy of huge traffic sound. You will found only ro water which is not good seriously. Everything rather than 1 upma is chargeable in breakfast. Do not go with wife. It's couple friendly apartment at night.

This was not worth going as they don't have any staff for service. Sometimes you are being disturbed to open the door of the flat . They said that they don't have towels right now as all are wet and they will provide as and when they are dry. Breakfast not at all worth having . I will suggest not to take the room as you don't get any service.

Pathetic experience !! The owner has assigned a caretaker to the apartment who doesn't know anything. The owner is least bothered about the guests. Someone else was occupying the room which was booked by us and after around half an hour of argument the person was transferred to another room. There was no spare room available having same amenities. Towels, pillow covers, etc are dirty. The paint has worn off from various places. There are mice in the balcony. Shower tap was broken. Geyser doesn't work properly. The breakfast provided is not sufficient even for a 4 year old child. Everything was bad about our stay. Total waste of money. Had booked the place only due to it's proximity to Malad mindspace area.

Location is excellent but room also good & services not good.. My opinion is room services is improving... Then apartment room services good.. Room size is small and bed size also same please advice improving.

Room: There was no water in the toilet. Flush was also not working. Facilities: Phone is not there. Plain paratha that too burnt was served for breakfast. Tea was cold and milk was negligible in it. Hand wash was mixed with lots of water. Only 1 towel and shampoo was given for 2 people. Service: The caretaker is very rude and back answers if we tell him anything about the service. He doesn't answer the calls if we call him on his Mobile and he doesn't call back again.

Located at 10th floor of the skyscraper, this service apartment can give you the best view of the city from balcony and glass wall at any time of the day. There room was amazing and had all the services and privacy one can ask for. The care taker of the apartment is very descent and helpful. Will be surely visiting there again next time. Rooms were small but good according to the budget and offer by makemytrip. Location of this hotel is very excellent. I liked this place very much, would like to recommend it to my friend and family.

The food provided was pathetic. I had booked for lotus.. They then changed the location to Kalpataru.. When I reached Kalpataru.. They said no rooms available and again I had to travel to different hotel Aura.. It was pathetic.
