We did not get any accommodation at dreams aparment as it was not functional. Please remove that dreams apartment from your listing as it is bogous. Pleadr refund our money charged for the booking.

businessThis is residential building having commercial activity on 8th floor where I stay for 4 days. 3BHK apartment converted into 3 rooms. 2 persons are alternetly available for basic room service. Dont expect like hotel service. In my 4 days stay, they didn't change my towel and toiletry items. Bed room are quit small in size.

soloI did not have breakfast, so can't give any rating on the breakfast. You should have a option to skip the rating if one has not eaten, system does not allow to move forward! Guest house service boy was courteous, but the guest house manager who spoke to me on phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. Questioned me if I had read MMT rules while booking the room and argued with me for several minutes for talking and complaining to MMT. He said we do not guarantee a room with attached toilet and a lot of other things! Extremely pathetic and shameful behavior by the manager!

It is a 3 bhk Apartment provided as guesthouse

First if all it is nit a hotel. So guest should moderate expectation to a simple guest house. Actually there are two 3 bhk apartments in different building blocks run as guesthouse. So caretaker services are also not always available but yes it is a clean place with a kitchen without supplies and if all the 3 rooms are taken by same group the place us ok otherwise neither there is privacy nor room service.

businessLocation is good but the area is so congested. Cleanliness was up to the mark, room and its facilities were good. I booked the room for three days, on the first day I stayed in the allotted room but, the second day they shifted me in the other room. From the first room, there was a view of the residential area, and from other room, there was open sky view. My question was if a customer booked the room for three days why they change their room. They serve food and it was good in taste. Staff and the services were very good. Well secured place and can be recommended to others.

Initially when we entered the property things were not as per the expectations, they didn't allow us the room which was booked, and another room was certainly filthy. After a fight and the arguments, they took me to the actual place and said that there is only one room left but after complaining to MMT they allotted me the same room which was booked by me. After that, all things were certainly good.

Lacking running water and no breakfast

Apartment was centrally located in Powai but lacked running water, a basic necessity. I called MakeMyTrip who talked to the owner who agreed there was an issue with the water not working. I thought every accommodation should allow for one to take a shower, I guess not. Also the description said breakfast included but no breakfast was ever offered or served, unless you consider tea, breakfast. If you are okay with no running water and not being able to take a shower, stay away and look elsewhere. Properties like these should not be on MakeMyTrip.
