Nice place well maintained , food was also very good . They room service was very responsive as well

We paid full amount for 4 nights but in room services were worst and we checked out only after staying one night. A water bottle was ordered for inroom service in the evening and they delivered the water bottle next day. My worst experience in darjeeling. I will never ever stay in this hotel.

The room celing is leaking, breakfast was terrible. Staff was not cooperative at all, not recommended

They must arrange a complimentary/ paid cab upto mall road as hotel is very deep down for tourist convenience. Breakfast service can b improved a lot as food is not hot always, can use induction heaters.

That was very nice the hospitality is good and the behaviour of all the staffs are very friendly and cooperative. room was also clean. overall it was a good experience.

One of the best resort in darjeeling.

Pros: the resort is excellent in terms of location and view from the room. Room facilities are good. Cons: service is very slow. Breakfast menu is limited.

Room was good and cozy, clean, service was on time. But food taste is not very good. Also there should be more options in breakfast

Good service & courteous staff

This was my first solo trip and i absolutely loved the hospitality of the hotel. The staff were very courteous and rooms were clean

Hotel is slightly downhill from mall. Good rooms. Service is average. Food quality is good but very limited menu. But view of the hill is awesome.

Good location and service near the centre

It's not worth the money, very poor management and service. To get things done you would require to call them multiple times. Barely had any food option for in house guests and whatever was present was just pathetic in taste.

Very nice service. Hotel looks very good. Good for large groups. Continental food menu is very good
