Corbett Suman Grand, Jim Corbett (A River Access Property)

The maintenance of the property requires more effort. Plus welcome drink was not served. And the staff though very helpful need more polishing and need to be credible with what they claim.

the first room we were given had leaking ac ptoblem, seepage all over the room, we immediately asked for another room and got one. in the second room that we got, The linens had molds, ac was not working and thereafter the mechanic did some street smart work by directly switching on the ac by joining some wires in the ac. The ac waste on 23 degrees and we couldn't change the temperature even when it was to cold. we could not use the quilts as there were molds all over. The food was bad, in quality and lacked variety. the staff was good but service comes later than the product. if the product is bad what am I going to do with the service. I would like to have 50 percent refund just to keep my trust on MMT

Best property to visit with family. Great location close to river bank. Food is Excellent. Excellent amenities and fast service.

AC running on 16 looks like running on 27. Washroom commode is dirty Mattress were changed after request but all smelly. Room is suffocating and sweating is there.

Stay was very nice. Resort staff are also supportive, and behavior was very good. Cleanness pool and rooms.

The rooms are bit old and have dampness in them. The property has a prime location. It is not adjacent to the river but you will have to walk for the same. The staff is very courteous and helpful. They are available round the clock for the help. The property is also very beautiful from the outside.

My experience in Corbett Suman grand was not as I was expecting it to be after paying close to 50000 for 3 rooms. Room service was horrible, no direct number for kitchen, one need to dial at reception and than order or enquire about food.. there was delays in almost every food order that we placed

I recently stayed at Corbett Suman Grand, expecting peace and tranquility, but the experience was far from what I imagined. The resort was overrun by large student groups, turning it into a chaotic party spot instead of a serene nature getaway. The overcrowding was overwhelming, with rooms packed with more than five people. Loud party music and DJ songs blared through the night, making it impossible to have a conversation without shouting. Breakfast was another letdown. The limited spread of just 3-4 items felt inadequate, and the breakfast area was monopolized by students, leaving no seating for other guests. Noise levels were unbearable, with groups yelling, knocking on doors, and disturbing guests until midnight. Despite multiple complaints to both staff and teachers, no action was taken. The cleanliness was also lacking—spiders and insects were everywhere until I complained. The hotel manager was unavailable, and staff dismissed my concerns, suggesting I "bear with it" because of the students. The entire stay was a nightmare, and as a paying guest, I felt ignored. The resort prioritized large groups over quality guest experience. If I had known the hotel catered mainly to unruly student groups, I never would have booked it. I would not recommend Corbett Suman Grand to anyone seeking a peaceful retreat.

Location 5/5 food 4/5 amenities 4/5 the best part is the ambient of the property and backside river access.

Manager Pankaj was really very helpful we actually had some transaction issue which was resolved immediately by him the way he treats and soothes guests is wow

Property is good but rooms need to be painted again. Hygiene should be maintained in the rooms like curtains are not clean and small insects are found in the room.

The stay was not good at all. Wifi wasn’t working properly. Even got a fly in our tea. The food was terrible.
