Worst, they denied my checkin asking for more money

Very bad hotel the photos uploaded. The rooms are not like the ones shown.

Room was not booked, did not get refund. Had to pay extra to stay in. The hotel denied me a room because my name was not shown on their end. Reception said it was a low tariff error and can't give me a room for that amount. Since it was non-refundable i had to pay extra to stay and will never recommend to a friend. Worst hotel experience of my life.

Good and take care of our needs very well

I payed extra charges due to misunderstanding with make my trip and the receptionist didn't even look after it

have seen 1st time reception ppl are more interested in seeing the price paid and discount given to customer according to that they degrade the room and if ask question manger show attitude rude manager where property owner is managed by manager as property owner is just a showoff not interested in customer prob. they degrade the room and they know if u call Oyo or any 1 no 1 help u so they use it as a trick to make customer leave the hotel as after check in after prescribed time if u go they count it as a day and they don't refund amt even if ur room is changed or facility not available, this is happening.

Available all essential facilities

Manager checked me out without my permission and then gave it to a couple. I did not get my refund from.
