familyThe property was very beautiful in terms of looks, decorations and size of the houseboat. But there were no toiletries provided, we had to ask for it so few soaps were given. For breakfast/lunch we had to go outside of the houseboat to a nearby place to have food.

The only good part was that the rooms where nice. The common area, the service, the location and the hospitality were below average. I would not recommend this houseboat, try Peacock Houseboats . . I have tried many houseboats in Nigeen Lake, Butterfly I would put at the last place.

familyExcellent is the word for this place one thousand two nights is an excellent houseboat that they have ... One of the best houseboats infact. If you want to experience luxury this is the place for u:)

The group has several house boat. Sweet is the best one. However, confirm whether shikara ride is complimentary or not before hand.Food is not good.

we had a pleasent stay at butterfly.

We stayed in peacock suit which was really amazing. Prepaid phone will not work in Kashmir no incoming and outgoing. Service boy hameed given his phone to communicate with our family. Thanks very much to hameed. We had a nice nigeen Shikara ride.

Houseboat with helpful staff

I have booked 2 super deluxe rooms, but both were not same. It was like one is super deluxe and other is deluxe, but as per them both were super deluxe. Design & look of houseboat was awesome. There is no water blockage in bathtub, thus the fun to take Bath in bathtub got vanished.
