Good experience, good environment and we'll maintained cleanliness

Travellers who has car will have a difficulty in reaching the location of the property, because is in a very small street where 2 vehicles cannot pass by. And it has a very small parking lot which cannot fit more than 4 cars. But the owner of the property helped to park it

Rooms was good. And hygiene and nearest to the all access places which is walkable to hotels, shopping.

I had a night stay at the property with family on our visit to ooty and it was enough to have a sleep and refresh. Parking was bit difficult, caretaker was helping to make it manageable. Hot water was available on request. Hygiene was okay but needs to improve to make it up to the mark. Still i feel like the price was bit high for this facility.

Not comfortable the provided room. Even at that rate much if hotels with basis amenities were present. Hot water facility was present after asking except 6 to 9. Hot water cattle and normal tea facilty was not available. Parking of vehicle was also not in proper way. I am not satisfied and marking very poor category.

Checked in hasselfree. Stay was pleasant, neat & hygienic environment. Location is central as far as the accessibility is concerned. Enjoyed the natural beauty of ooty comfortably during the stay. We luv it.

Rooms were clean and neet. Rooms doesn't fitted with fan. Bath towel not provided. Extra bed was not provided though we booked in advance and asked two to three time he just neglected that he doesn't care. Rooms had electric geyser, but even though geyser was indicating that water was heated but while taking bath only cold water was showered. Hot drinking water was provided. Rooms doesn't fitted with mirror.

Location is good as it’s a centre place. Food not available, even tea is also not available. Room is very very small. No mirror, No cupboard, No second day cleaning, no one to ask for any requirements. Overall pathetic…

Basic necessities like hot water geyser has to be available round the clock given the climate condition in ooty. Tv was not working despite reminder. Rest everything is fine.

Hotel is located in the middle of the town. Accessibility is good.

Pros : location is in ooty. All hotels nearby. Good manager cons : hot water was working only till 11 am.

Only thing good about this stay was location. I booked 3 deluxe rooms. Even though they provided a full apartment instead of 3 separate rooms, "3rd room" was actually bunk bed in a kitchen. When i complained about bunk bed, a separate room was provided since it was available. Bathroom were not at all clean. Bathroom had bugs and insects. Also problem of water logging in bathroom. No drinking water was provided in the rooms. Overall experience was bad. I had more expectations based on ratings and the per room rate. There was water purifier for drinking water. Parking was a problem when you have a bigger car like innova or similar.

Valuable for money. Rooms and bathroom was well cleaned and maintained. It's near the adams fountain so easy to access all the market for shopping( by walk), nearby tourist places. Especially, hot water facility available. Staff response is so nice.
