The property is around 7 kms away from the city - mangalore. But the location is extremely beautiful with greenery, birds, clean house, clean rooms, nice sitting area, cozy breakfast sit out, well designed balcony. Most importantly the caretakers are extremely sweet and helpful.

Location was very very far from the city, at least 20 kms from city center, hard to locate, map did not take us to the location. No food was offered nor coffee too. The bathroom was stinky and wasnt cleaned.

This was a family outing. My children spent a lot of time the 2 friendly dogs kubi a d scooby. This was a relaxed holiday for family and drive to work for me. We liked the visits we made to pulikula zoo, lake garden, pabbas for ice crwam.

The location was very good, easy to reach the property. The room was very nice and comfortable. The caretaker was very helpful. The whole property was very clean and tidy.

It was in outskirts of Mangalore, but kind of nice for us since it is not crowded. The couple who takes care of property is very warm and they cooked nice food for us, it is simple and tasty.
