This was the worst experience i ever had as a traveller, they did not provide essentials that are complimentary, room full of cockroaches, hot water, lift smells like dead rat, bed sheets, blankets, pillow cover were dirty and not washed smells like cigarettes and sweat, staff was not helpful as they get irritated even for single request, had to call many times they as you for extra money as they do not understand meaning of discounted price online. They do not treat people who booked online. Same way as they do to direct customers

Not to stay again this hotel, very bad experience water supply interrupted and every time asking water bottle

Excellent stay must stay there very near to all places must visit would recommend my friends too everything was upto the mark.

The stay was good but the worst part was using the lazy-pay platform. I booked the hotel paying with lazy-pay but at time of check in, hotel said you have to pay us cash as we haven't received any money via lazypay. Till date i haven't received any refund for the amount which the hotel has received twice. Not the hotel is saying we can't refund as our accounts for the months are closed and the mm t team is withdrawing hands by saying you sorry we can't get you the refund from the hotel. On the other hand, the lazy-pay people are calling me 10 times a day to get their money. What's the use of mm t platform if they can't resolve these issues.

The staff was very rude and the services are poor they will ask for more money and instead of giving extra money they dont even provide soap dustbin and towel in the room and even no hot water is coming in bathroom pathetic stay very poor service

Instead of 3 person here hotel manager allowed only 2 person & he was charged for 3rd person. The photo you are shown and actually the room was totally different. Place is also different which you mentioned.

They were charged 1400- extra to me

I booked stay including all meals but upon checkin hotel said no meals are available there. Room allotted did not lock and bathroom latch also didn’t work. When another room was given, a couple was already inside the replacement room. Had to approach reception again to get new room. Do not recommend to stay here, it’s like a cheap lodge only. Don’t expect any service or standards.

Worst bed, worst service, no etiquette to talk at reception, dirtiest hotel, rubbish hotel. Payment was already made at the time of check in. Still he says the payment is less and a lot of waiting has been done in booking. Got the room after a long wait for 2 hours at the reception.

As per hotel they aren't eccept room book with this price below 1200/. Breakfast not provided. No water and other like soap and shampoo.

The hotel asked for extra charges as the hotel booked on low fare. Breakfast included in my booking but taken extra charges. Overall worst experience

When i visited the hotel, the hotel executive asked me for extra money. Then, when i entered the room the sheets were not properly cleaned and the rooms and the hotel was not properly maintained.

very bad experience, I have tried oyo rooms first time and never going to use this again. not recommend for family as seems they are concentrating on unmarried couples

Rooms, service and food everything really amazing. Best for a small trip with under budget.

Location of the hotel was okay, but the hotel condition was pathetic. Not at all clean and photo shows are completely fake.
