Cleanliness and hygiene is very poor. I have seen used plates outside other rooms which were kept till next day morning. Room were not as per the description of mmt like room size was small, queen size bed provided instead of king size bed, geyser not working properly etc

The room is ok, the bathroom was very useless, the flush was not working and there was no pressure in the shower at all, the water level was also low, the food was ok but it was costly ।

No amenities provided not even a soap or towel, dirty hotel and broken fire sensors, also a pungent smell was coming in the first room even after changing it was not that good. One out of two pf the receptionist is also very rude. Will never come on this again

The atmosphere was very relaxing. We were looking for a relaxing place, and this hotel was the perfect one. The atmosphere was calm with peaceful ambiance. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and a lovely view. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat.

My stay at the hotel was an unmitigated disaster. The room was squalid, reeking of dirt and neglect, with a grimy bathroom bucket and no essential amenities like tissues or towels. The air conditioning was broken, and the staff's conduct was appalling. My impression was that the hotel primarily caters to unmarried couples. I unequivocally recommend avoiding this hotel and promptly checked out within hours of arrival.

Room was very rubbish very untidy, plus the staff behaviour was also not good. What i booked was not offered.

Dirty place, water leaking in room, black water from taps in bathroom, ac is not working properly, room main door is broken.

Worst hotel ever visited in my lifespan. Ac not working, room was smelling, insects on the washbasin, dust everywhere. The girl sitting in the reception in very impolite. They denied the breakfast.
