Hotel O Atithi Residency

This hotel manager not responded properly and hot water also not working which is not fulfilled the basic need. The easy access of hotel is ok but poor environment condition at hotel.

Location ok but service very bad not recommended check in and check out time is not suitable very very noisy area

Rooms are very dusty like cupboard, bedsheets, bathroom, table and etc. I found cigarette bit, etc. Totally rooms are very bad

found poor agreement between platform and athithi residency administration. They are not encouraging booking and demanding more money.

Hotel denied the rooms as tariff is low even though rooms are available so dont prefer this hotel anytime

I am helpless during the check in, blindly receptionist said that we don’t accept the booking, better you apply and get the refund, then they accepted after 15mins of talk, they accepted the booking after i paid rs 54 -, is this the right way of handling the customers ?

we have booked rooms. After reaching hotel, staff demanded to pay extra amount at reception with very rough and high pitch. Otherwise they will say that cancel your booking. If you ask why should we pay. The way hotel staff speaks very arrogant. This hotel is not recommended for the people who are looking for good environment and staff.

The hotel charged us extra rs 700 per day even when the booking for the entire period was paid directly to mmt. We had no option but to pay and stay. The hotel staff is opportunistic and rude. Cleanliness and hygiene is also very bad. The hotel staff said that as a rule they do housekeeping only once in two days. We had to stay in uncleared rooms. It was. A very bad experience at the hotel.

Hotel took extra charged also during stay otherwise not providing rooms. We went for kids match so that no option that time.

Hotel asked extra amount apart from booked amount whi ch i have worst experience in my life. Mm t has to be taken proper action on it.

Rooms are very clean. Ac also working with good condition. Overall experience is good.

Dirty beds and not maintained properly. Water tape in toilet not working. No amenities like towel soap or anything. Very smell

How can i earn

Apart from online payment, i have paid additional amount also.

The hotel is good for the price. No complimentary breakfast. There is some communication gap between hotel and mmt.

Good ambience. Good reception. On road location. Hot water food all good.

I had stayed at atithi residency for a night. So, i had booked this room to stay during my ride to mysuru, so the room was comfy and everything was good except the bathroom. The bathrooms was not clean enough yet manageable. I would say this is apt for the pricing.

Behavior of the receptionist is very bad

Booked ac deluxe rooms for 3 nights. At first the room provided didn’t match with the pics. Had to complain and then changed. First night was all good ac was working. But the next two nights ac was not working. After repeated complaints also they didn’t fix it. In one room hand shower was not working & in another flush!thanx to mm t they managed all. But i wouldn’t recommend the hotel.
