this review would be honest whatever i experienced. stay for 2 days Room was good cloth hanger was missing in cupboard, should have. they should keep bathroom slipper Bad things are below room service was pathetic i dialled 2-3 times to reception to ask to send waiter but they didn't do. on follow up dial, they say Sorry Sir, sending now but they don't next day handed over the room key to reception and ask for room service cleaning and all but when I returned back in evening no cleaning was done even they didn't took the plats. they hàve restaurant on terrace but they were rude, they were not listening. in simple words hospitality was completely missing.

Reached Townhouse Airport Green Arcade Near Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport at midnight. Front office assisted well. Give option for room view also. In the morning the staff's behaviour was very nice.
