Do not recommend it at all, please avoid it is extreme dirty with the rudest staff and worst washrooms

Honestly speaking this property has and facility management has been changed alot in 5 years. This was my second time I have booked this property but first my surprise the in- house kitchen opens at 12:30pm ,you will not able to get morning tea & breakfast.Another important thing is that the interior has deteriorated and has not been maintained.Some positives are polite executives and great food quality in the kitchen.I expect this property in the range of 1200/night.

Prime location. Hygiene not properly maintained. Room is full of dust. It is almost same as shown in the picture, but very old and not properly repaired time to time. Broken wall and dirty cartons. Room has no fan, only ac. Its tough to maintain the temperature, always get chilled even in the highest temperature of ac (32'c) breakfast not available in the restaurant as it opens after 1pm. On request they provide outside food which is not healthy and also charge high price. Restaurant food is good.

Location was close by from the airport, food was delicious and hygiene & safety measures were okay but can be improved in near future.

Reached hotel at midnight. Front office assisted well. Give option for room view also. In the morning the staff's behaviour was very nice.

Very bad experience. The hotel did not allow us to cheek in. They told that all rooms are sold out. So we faced lots of problems. Therefore, i request you kindly to refund my money as soon as possible.

The hotel is situated nearby airport and bardly it will take 8 to 19 min to reach the airport. The room are having glass windows through we can view airport and airport area clearly including roads and moving vehicles.

Most terrible stay. AC is not working, door locks are broken, dirty room. Absolutely a proper example of non maintain hotel.

Room conditions should be improved. Whole room was smellibg like water seepage. They took my picture too. While i was checking in. Why would anyone want to take photo of the guest for entry. Detail and id is enough for checking in. Worst don't go.

Hotel location nearly 5 min drive from airport, main road touch, room are great and staff are friendly

Good room quality with good ac bed & ambience

The hotel management was not willing to provide a bill. They kept saying that their person who operates is sick and finally i had to take their seal on the booking voucher that received online. As it's a official travel for me bill is required. I had to wait hearing their lame excuses almost for an hour.

this review would be honest whatever i experienced. stay for 2 days Room was good cloth hanger was missing in cupboard, should have. they should keep bathroom slipper Bad things are below room service was pathetic i dialled 2-3 times to reception to ask to send waiter but they didn't do. on follow up dial, they say Sorry Sir, sending now but they don't next day handed over the room key to reception and ask for room service cleaning and all but when I returned back in evening no cleaning was done even they didn't took the plats. they hàve restaurant on terrace but they were rude, they were not listening. in simple words hospitality was completely missing.

I booked but while checking, the hotel refused to check in because they have some policy which say after 9:30 pm they don't entertain any check in. They asked me to pay offline and unfortunately i paid bcoz i don't have any other choice. Very bad experience.

The receptionist is really very rude. I felt that i was in ghost's house. Very unhygenic. Worst experience till date. Remove that hotel from your list
