Good stay cooperative staff along with good food

Hotel was okay. Food was good though they did not provide buffet as they didn't had much occupancy. Room was okay but the bathroom was pathetic. Water clogged in the bathroom. Overall it was okay.

Nice and comfortable stay with tasty food. Rooms are spacious with clean toilets. Though linen and towels could have been more clean.

Ambience was excellent. Hospitality was too good but you must have refrigerator at least in the rooms.

Extremely comfortable, pleasant stay at Tiger Villa. Warm staff, homely atmosphere, beautiful spacious room and well supplied baths. Homely comfort food on the premises, freshly prepared and served. The hotel itself is in a beautiful haveli. Very peaceful and charming place. Highly recommend.

Room service is good. Food quality is also good

My first impression of Tiger Villa- a Rajasthani mahal amidst such luscious greenery awaits us! Wow! A lobby with an artist's touch- and a warm welcome for all. The personal touch of Mr R.Sinh, GM and his entire team, in every aspect, delightfully thrilled us. The cuisine too good to be missed and a swim to relax of course. The beauty of nature-safari and the forts to see around, all ready before we could say GO! Alas our holiday was too short, BUT definitely worth driving down every kilometre from Delhi. So, Tiger Villa its once again, to see those beautiful mysterious eyes burning bright in the dark deep jungle.

The Tiger Villa is just outside the main market area at the end of an assortment of hotels varying in style at least viewed from the outside. The Tiger Villa is a pretty traditional style building with a well maintained garden and swimming pool area for you to rest after your safari. Upon entering you are greeted very warmly by the staff and presented with marigold garlands and a 'Arti" Indian traditional welcome. The hotel has a simple, but nicely decorated lobby and the ceilings have been painted in traditional colorful Rajasthani Mughal style patterns. The rooms are spacious especially given the price and are appointed sufficiently. Meals are include and are prepared with the tourist in mind. Service is excellent, staff really try to make you feel welcome and relaxed.

Ranthambore trip was primarily for forest safari and to get a glimps of a tiger up close, which I did ;). Did reach the hotel at odd hours around 12:00am. Staff was real helpful, did help us with some good food at that late hour. Was well looked after thought out our stay.

Hotel not up to the mark as in most of the case for example-: worst food, service even not good on delivering food we need to remind them a couple of time that please serve the water or salads or pickle etc & for food they charge too much. The room is quite clean when we first enter but after that, no one comes for cleaning & Swing pool is closed due to mosquitoes as they have in water what the hack They don't have Door Knobs too . TV they have but most of the channels work like pause & play . Pause & play After all these ridiculous things, they ask for cash money . (Seriously ??? For food payment at the time of checkout & not provide computer generated bill & include GST on that :(. As we all trust MMT, I request MMT to do not give space (this kind of hotel) to your portal.

The hotel was not as per the price. Food was not good, half cooked or overlooked. If you had any issues no one was there to rectify. The location was okay, quite far from city though. Cleanliness wise also not good. The prices on MMT was more than their actual price. We receive any wallet money as written on their site. Ranthambore place wise it's good, but will not recommend this hotel.

Toilets has been maintained very poorly. Food is very expensive and having no taste at all. In complementary breakfast you get only paranthas, bread only. They din’t even give you water. If you will pay then you will get. Only cash is acceptable.

Rooms were good. Hot water system needs little improvement. Continuous hot water was not coming. If we fill bucket was getting cold. Surrounding was nice. Food needs little improvement. Manager was good overall hotel was good. I had deposited 2400 Rs for safari in there account. Almost with follow up did not confirm till last whether payment is received but safari was arranged shows casual approach or some vicious interest. Last day for breakfast cook did not turn and we were to leave hotel but manager himself came and arranged it. This shows his involvement.

Mr. Manager deserves special mention here. His commitment towards customer satisfaction covers up all the flaws. I had needed a for some urgent work, I was not carrying mine. He was generous enough to gave me his on both the days of my stay. Had I not got one, I would have suffered a loss. There were other incidents as well which undoubtedly shows his crest for providing best services.

A good property in a fine location. Our room was well appointed, barring the leaking basin. The quality of service and food, however, leaves much to be desired. With better trained staff and quality food this may be a place to stay in. As of now it is quite disappointing despite the best efforts of the new manager.
