Amazing stay with good breakfast

Location is good in city centre. Food okay. Amenities and services nice. Hospitality is good. Staff very much polite and attentive with quick response. Safety top notch. Overall very good stay for 4 days.

Excellent food thought a bit expensive. Worth it. Hotel feel old but not antique. Not even a pen when we needed one. But staff were very cordial. I might not stay here again but will definitely come to the authentic Bengali restaurant here.. loved it

Location and food is very good. But rooms are small; also, house keeping boys, bellboy, guard at entrance ask for tips; they provide toiletries only if you ask.

Location is good , old Kolkatta .. close to US Embassy .... but.... The beds are really narrow that if you roll over , chances are you will fall off the bed 🤣

Location is right on the side of metro station Food was ok but very highly priced Basic amenities were ok. But the AC cooling was very unsatisfactory. House keeping was top noth

Time management is very bad...im waiting 1 hour for room...it's horrible. Food in not good enough...room service is poor..

This hotel shows lot of false commitments like Couple friendly, at the time of booking it was couple friendly and then they had shown us the hotel policy. They had not allowed us to visit friends in the hotel. Other than that they had done lot of debate regarding double key card also. We are not going to stay again in this hotel and never recommend anyone about this Peerless Hotel

Extremely centralized location for market and shopping such as Park Street, Vardhman Market and other areas. No problem of street food and restaurant.

Old property , maintained well but a lot needs to be done to keep the same in top condition. Location though is good and is accessible to shopping areas.

Third party booking does not get good treatment.Alloted room in annexie with extremely bad interior and no way matching the tarrief level paid by me.I did not accept the room and front desk referred to duty manager Mr Dibyendu.Who was nice and he upgraded me after waiting about 1 hour.I was denied the complimentary lunch on the plea that I chose to avail it next morning,which was absolutely wrong.I will take it up in social media this aspect as I had to pay Rs4500 more lunch despite having two complimentary lunch.It was a very disappointing experience and certainly unbecoming of a 4 star hotel like peerless hotel.I want M ake my Trip to take it up under reply to me.

Staying is very comfortable also with Amenities are awesome especially Receptionists namely Miss Sunanda and Mr Piyaas both are assist me very politely . I really appreciate both of them

It was a very comfortable stay. Food was good, security was good. The only thing was the person who came to clean didn’t take the food bowl and plate. Overall it was good stay
