The Only Place- Auroville Beach

Charged super heavy amount for a very small room without any amenities.

It's too pricey for the money they charged and it's not all properly maintained. Not cleaned

The host did not provide us any towels or water. They dont even have the basic needs. There was no bucket in the bathroom and it was very dirty. There were stains everywhere in the bathroom. No room service and the caretaker was very rude and disagreed to provide normal drinking water. Worst experience in pondicherry.

The location was nice, it was just next to the beach

The place was neat and clean. The staffs were very hospitable.

Think 10 times before you book this property. The property is very unsafe. On 31st night few people barges inside the property around 2:45 am, we’re fully drunk and started throwing empty glass bottles. There is no security. Luckily no one was hurt.

Good stay at a decent price. Friendly owner, bike on rent inside the compound.

Nasty stay of one place. Out skirt of city. No cleanings. Shortage of water. No furniture. Room is not airy. Toilet is very closed to room and there is no roof of toilet

Good place for family stay, no alcohol. Most of people during my visit was either family or couple. You are 100 meters away from seashore and keep hearing the waves which is mind relaxing.

Location is very bad and room is very bad for this price, in other tourist places for this amount you will g wt 3starhotel with ac, here no ac bathroom is un hygienic, only good thing is sea view from open terraces

There was no food service. But yeah you have a beach just outside. You can rent a bike from there. The rooms are juts barely good to survive nothing special.

The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The staff was also very kind and good. The roof had a good view of the auroville beach. It's very close to the beach. It's slightly out of the main city but if you have a vehicle that's not even a problem. Nice place to stay.

Very worst experience please don't suggest

This is the worst experience at a hotel or homestay. Due to u availability of any other place we had to be there by force and even mm t did not assist us properly.

Although while booking in mmt, it's showing a. C in room description. But there is no ac, it feels like a cheating, not sure whose mistake is it, mmt or the only place.

Please don't even book this. No reception. I stayed for 2 days, my bad, i didn't even see any guy who asked my details, i directly went and stayed. Just one good thing is it is beside beach, nothing is proper, please don't book this

Our stay at only place auroville was pleasant and peaceful. Staffs at the hotel were hospital and ensured to provide relevant support during our stay
