Gateway Nashik

Fantastic stay! Hotel location is naturally beautiful. Room was very clean, amenities and services were excellent.

Title- A peaceful stay at Ambad, Nasik. I booked my stay at Gateway Taj, ambad Nasik. The rates on MMT were competitive and they also surprised me with an additional gift voucher. I was traveling with my mother who is 84 years old, and the rating given on MMT for Gateaway Taj was upto the mark. We had a comfortable stay amidst peaceful green environment with courteous staff and great options for food menu. The only flip side was that our room was facing the entrance so there was a need for curtains to be drawn all throughout and the reception desk was not very attentive in picking up our calls. Rest was good and it was value for money.

Property has a very clam and soothing atmosphere, rich aroma all around. Well managed big Zen garden make your morning refreshing. The breakfast buffet has a delightful range of menu options. All staff and security personnel are exceptionally polite and caring

The Stay experience was good. Neat and clean room.. Very comfortable mattress. Service was with a smile.. Food quality and taste was nice.. The overall ambience was pleasant.

Superb stay woth an upgrade.

At first the booking that I did was not reflected in their system and then they made me wait 30-40 minutes in their lobby, after that they gave me a executive room, whereas the room that I booked was Suite room with Bathtub. I paid for 6 hrs, in that I got only 5 hrs to stay that too not in the room that I booked. Really horrible experience

Very nice, heritage properly, well maintained, nicely located. The staff is very nice too. The breakfast is nice but lacks variety. Check-in was smooth. Overall a nice experience.

The location, environment, food, staff(from gate to the housekeeping), property are amazing! Big cheers to the housekeeping staff(Navnath & Yogesh) & the restaurant staff(lakshita, deepak, amol, Kartik, Manish, yash, vikas, vaishanavi, aditya, umesh, riya & aakash).

This is a very pleasant stay at Gateway. Food quality, breakfast and major meal spread is large with good taste.

The property is one of the biggest property that I have visited under taj. The greenery within the compund is very soothing and well maintained. Enough space to unwind and children to play. Swimming pool big. Room very well maintained and roomy with high ceiling and well lit. Also very courteous staff. Overall 5 star experience

Our long and tiring journey was made worse by a frustrating check-in experience. We arrived at the hotel and were ready to check in at 2 PM, the standard time, but the receptionist informed us that no rooms were ready. After waiting for more than 30 minutes, there was still no room available. This was a major inconvenience, as we had a full day planned and were unable to freshen up before heading out. For a hotel of this caliber, such a lack of preparedness is simply unacceptable and deeply disappointing.

The stay at Gateway Nashik worth every penny. As we were travelling with a pet and the hotel being pet friendly was the added bonus. Food for my dog was freshly available

Excellent stay at the Gateway, Nashik. Service was prompt and professional. The food and ambience at the Indian restaurant was special - Chetan, sang some lovely melodies for us.

Hotel staff were very helpful and cordial. The coffee shop team at breakfast was extra friendly and helpful

Rooms are good.Pool is good. Traditional welcome as done in all Taj hotels. Dinner spread is ok. food Quality is not great vs Other Taj brands and also efficiency of Reffile and hot serving.bfast is good

The property is huge, super clean, Buffet has very huge spread in both dinner and breakfast. property is so huge they take you on a golf cart to cover.
