Hotels location is fantastic, perfect for the solo traveler’s too. But then hotel seems to have a problem with the exhaust / fresh air supply as there was alot of humidity in the rooms and the central AC not very effective. The staff was very helpful and did change the room but then humidity was still of a concern and the AC cooling was poor.

I stayed at this hotel for one night. The experience was okay overall. The room was clean and had the basic facilities needed for a short stay. The staff was mostly polite and helpful. I had a pleasant stay overall — the room was clean, the staff was polite, and the location was convenient. However, I was really disappointed with the internet connection. As someone who had some important meetings during the stay, I faced many difficulties due to the poor and unstable Wi-Fi. For the biggest hotel chain in the world, this was unexpected. In today's time, a stable internet connection is essential, especially for business travelers. I hope they seriously work on improving this.

We've stayed before at this property and were very impressed by the hospitality and everything but this time we were quite disappointed! The AC in the rooms were not working, when requested to change the room, the receptionist denied our request. Two people came in to check the ac unit but couldn't figure out the issue. I request you to fully check the rooms before alloting them to the guests!

The bed was exceptionally comfortable with soft pillows and fresh, high-quality linens, ensuring a restful sleep. The air conditioning worked perfectly, maintaining a pleasant temperature throughout my stay. The bathroom was spotless, equipped with fresh towels and quality toiletries, which added a touch of luxury. The housekeeping team did an excellent job, ensuring my room remained tidy and well-stocked every day. Amenities & facilities surestay plus hotel offers a wide range of amenities that enhance the overall experience. The wi-fi connection was strong and reliable, making it easy for me to work and stream content without any interruptions. The fitness center was well-maintained and had a variety of equipment, allowing me to keep up with my workout routine. The swimming pool was clean and inviting, providing a relaxing space to unwind after a long day. Safety & hygiene i was highly impressed by the hotel’s commitment to safety and hygiene. All common areas were regularly sanitized, and the hotel staff followed strict cleanliness protocols. There was 24/7 security, and i always felt safe during my stay. The well-lit hallways and secure entry points added an extra layer of comfort, ensuring that guests could relax without any concerns. Dining experience the complimentary breakfast was a highlight of my stay. The buffet featured a great selection of fresh and delicious options, including eggs, waffles, pastries, fresh fruits, and a variety of beverages. The dining area was clean, well-organized, and spacious, making for an enjoyable dining experience each morning. Staff & customer service the hotel staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. They were always available to assist with any requests and provided excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants and attractions. Their genuine hospitality made a huge difference in my overall experience. Constructive feedback the only minor suggestion i have is to improve the soundproofing in the rooms, as i occasionally heard noise from the hallway. However, this was a small inconvenience that did not significantly affect my stay. Final thoughts overall, surestay plus hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The combination of comfortable accommodations, excellent service, and great amenities made for a truly enjoyable stay. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, this hotel provides everything you need for a relaxing and hassle-free experience.
