Super Hotel O Mellow Space

Room was very clean and spacious. Worth the money. When I reached the property, I was given a Non AC room although I had paid for AC room. The receptionist told me that the amount you paid is for Non AC. I tried multiple times to speak Costumer executive to resolve the problem, but there was no option to connect any customer executive. Looking at my helpness the receptionist gave me AC room.

Located in a good area, i was able to get an auto from patna junction to the Super Hotel O Mellow Space at around 11:30 in the night. Rajendra nagar terminus is in the vicinity. Hassle free check in. Honestly i was not expecting such a nice room but it turned out to be great. Nice warm blanket and a fully functional washroom does 90% of the job

They need to install telephones in the rooms to connect to the reception. It was overall a good experience. I will definitely recommend this for staying.

I will like to stay here next time too. Safe locality, clean, big room. Can order food and cab using apps sitting in the room and it will reach easily.

IT was quite good. staff was helpful. There is need of little improvement too, like the bedsheet and pillow cover were used before.

There was no geyser for hot water, after reminding them lot of time they provide us rod for hot water

Hotel room was clean but provided indian toilet style instead of western which was shown in the picture
