Shubh Shaleen Springs by Nexottel

We had an overall good experience during our stay, but there were a few disappointing aspects. One of the main reasons we chose this property was the swimming pool, but unfortunately, it was not cleaned. Despite requesting multiple times for it to be cleaned, the Shubh Shaleen Springs by Nexottel staff did not respond or take any action, which meant we couldn’t use the pool at all. Additionally, when we requested room slippers, we were informed that slippers were not available in the Shubh Shaleen Springs by Nexottel, which was quite surprising given the standard of the property. While the stay was comfortable otherwise, the lack of basic amenities and poor response from the staff regarding the swimming pool definitely impacted our overall experience.

the Shubh Shaleen Springs by Nexottel is situated on bypass, close to various engineering colleges, we took it for IIT Jee exam, and room was big enough, very functional with restaurant

I booked this room to attend a wedding function in the same Shubh Shaleen Springs by Nexottel. Found rooms to be very clean and professionally arranged. Staff is very cordial. Easy access to main road.
