Worst service and not safe for family

I booked and reached the staying place. But, the concern said, the room was booked by another. Further he directed our family to stay 7 kms away from the booked place. We came to know that the new place is house and not used atleast 6 months. Not cleaned bathrooms, bedsheets. We are in-able to find alternate because the reached time s 10. 30pm. We manage to stay there along with kids in 10x10 room, which is not worth for 400 rs, but i paid 2400rs. Pols blacklist such stays and be aware of such hotels.
