Subject: complaint regarding misleading hotel listing i recently booked a hotel based on the photos and descriptions provided. However, upon arrival, i was extremely disappointed to find that the actual conditions were completely different from what was advertised. The key issues i faced were: no proper road access to the hotel. No lift facilities, despite being mentioned in the listing. No room service or hotel staff like a room boy. No reception desk available. No signage or name board, making it difficult to locate the hotel. This misleading representation has caused me significant inconvenience. I request an immediate resolution, including: 1. A full refund for my booking. 2. Removal or correction of the false information. 3. Assurance that such misleading listings will be reviewed more thoroughly in the future. I request a prompt response and resolution to this matter. Please let me know the next steps.

Staff was very polite and well behaved. No restaurant available in hotel but outside food allowed.Rooms were clean. Parking available.Over all it was good experience.
