I recently booked a room for 2 people at Krishna Properties for approximately ₹800 per night. The booking was confirmed, and I received a confirmation message along with the booking receipt. However, upon reaching the property, I was shocked by the unprofessional of the receptionist. He outright refused to acknowledge the confirmed booking and told me that I would need to pay an additional 50% of the amount, citing it as a “rule” at their property. I showed him the official booking receipt but he dismissed it completely, saying, “Don’t show me that, what I show you matters.” He then manipulated his phone screen to show a higher price and insisted I pay the increased amount or else I wouldn’t be allowed to check in. The receptionist’s behavior was rude and dishonest, and it was clear that he was trying to take advantage of guests by exploiting the booking system. I strongly urge to take immediate action against this property and especially this staff member to prevent such practices from affecting other customers. To anyone considering booking this hotel – avoid Krishna Properties at all costs. They are unreliable, , and create unnecessary trouble for guests. This kind of experience is completely unacceptable and tarnishes the reputation

the guys there are cheats. the room is as pathetic ac not working. i couldn’t use the the washroom seeing its condition. i am surprised why no action is been taken even after so may similar complaints given before about them …

Terrible

Despite confirming my reservation twice, i was refused check-in upon arrival. The staff informed me that they do not accommodate guests who have paid in advance, which is both confusing and unprofessional. Additionally, they demanded extra payment on the spot, which was unexpected and unjustified. This experience has been highly inconvenient and frustrating, and i would caution others to think twice before booking with this hotel.

They charged us more than double the amount shown. Receptionist behavior was very rude on 2nd July night while checkin around 10.30 pm. I booked last time also and paid what was offered but this time he bluntly said I don't know about your phone but you will have to pay 800 more. This is not customers fault specially when my person standing there at late night. I also book my rooms and never get problems but this room was booked for my driver and this was third time I selected this property.

I booked this hotel and fully paid before check in. On the day of check in they are asking additional 1200 and told doesn’t show this amount.

Receptionist had not manner of talk. I have booked hotel and paid with card. During the checkout he asking for extra money. The experience was very bad.

First of all hotel charged me more than what I have booked. Secondly very poor room service. No hot water for a bath. If you want to drink tea it will take at least one hour if you are lucky, otherwise, you have sent reminders. Telephone out of order in the room. So have to go down to the ground floor if you need anything. I showed then the voucher given by MMT regarding my booking but they did not oblige. Since it was raining outside and I had no idea of nearby hotels do I was left with no other option so I paid for the 2-night stay. They even did not give me the bill of the amount I have paid. This Oyo hotel is also a security threat since they do not ask for ID proof copy. They just asked me to write Aadhar Number without seeing Aadhar card. I have been booking hotel/cab through MMT for quite some now but I never experienced such a horrible situation. Also, they do not accept card payment. They want cash but do not give any receipt of the amount paid.

I booked this hotel room for but it's not even worth. AC was not cooling. Plugs were not working. And still, they charge an extra cup of tea. Location is inconvenient. It's not even fit for a guest house.

The hotel though has all amenities but service is not good. I had my train at 6:45 am the next day. I asked the reception to wake me up at 4 o'clock. But they didn't. Moreover, the lift was not working in the morning and I had to go downstairs using the staircase with all my luggage there was no one there at the hotel to help me.

I did not opted for food. But otherwise all services were good and staff were helpful
It was good enough to stay!
