The stay was good but the tents needs to be repaired. The chains were stuck and the tent could not close properly. Also the cost of food is bit high and the most important thing that the owner needs to work on is the time to serve the food. It took 1. 5 hours to serve a starter which was a bizzare

no comments, didn't stayed in this property , the time i saw the property didn't felt safe , was traveling with my family, wild lizard in the tent , not hygiene, no street lights, street dogs following and chasing. worst experience i had in my entire life .will not recommend to any other traveler....hopping for full refund 😕. didn't wasted another minute to stay requested coustermer care executive on the same time for cancelation and full refund

Location is very good but food amenities and services are very poor it is a pet friendly resort but environment is not at all pet friendly there is late night loud music, rooms also are not clean properly

location of property is extraordinarily beautiful. Tents are also good, but the maintenance of bed is 👎, food is good but the way they serve is too bad. Water is not available in my bathroom after requiring for 3 hours they gave. Service boys destroyed this property. Owners and managers, please protect this property it is a beautiful nature property. I loved it. Gusts, please visit this property and please don't polute it, use dust bins.

While the hotel's location is a strong point, my overall stay was marred by the lack of basic room amenities and the high cost of dining. If these issues were addressed, it could greatly enhance the guest experience and make this hotel a more appealing choice for future stays.

Ac wasn't working completely well. Hygiene needs to be improved. Food quality can be improved and place where food is made needs to be more hygienic staff service can be improved

Go anywhere and stay anywhere, but do not stay here. The only thing this people want is money in exchange of no service 1) the reception area smells and they have mattress in reception. These 3 - 4 people are sitting there eating and spitting from there only, 2) i booked a luxury tent and said we have received booking for a deluxe tent and asking for extra money to upgrade, trust me, i have never seen this horrible tent in my life 3) the waterfall is really good but who cares, all the clothes and plastic bottles you can see in there 5) the food was very expensive you will feel like ordering in some big restaurant or so and you will get nothing in the name of complimentary breakfast 6) it was my wife's birthday and they have these led of happy birthday so i told them to on, they said it's chargeable with 1000 rps, also if you go and ask staff can i take fresh air they will say it's chargeable location is good, close to the nature only good thing about it

I had booked this resort after seeing the photo of the location. The location is very good but the staff there all sit there all day and night but there is no inter call facility if the staff is in a mood to call then will they pick up the call or not. If you want to go there, you can go with your friends, you cannot take your family. I have done so many tours but never had such a bad experience.

The tent was nice. Food was too expensive. The staff was nice and polite. Some of the bathrooms were not operating properly. Overall the experience was average only.

Minus -1000 it was horrible and 3rd class hotel and staff pols remove this hotel from make my trip otherwise i am uninstalling make my trip

The location of the place is good but the service is very bad. The food is very very pricey. Firstly there was no one who took our food order then one person came who did not know the availability of the food items. They are confused about the menu itself.
