Great hotel, nice location. You can go by walk to the popular places. Shops are available nearby. All the facilities are good. The hotel staff were very supportive.

Located near city palace, gangour ghat and jagdish Temple. Staff was helpful. You can food and other shopping items just outside of the hotel because there is market

The property picture was looking good on website but in reality it was not good as.overall the ecperience was not very good due to that i have given 2 rating.

The hotel service is not very good, and the restaurant is not part of the hotel—it has been leased to someone else, and their charges are separate. We recommend booking only the hotel stay, not meal plans (breakfast, lunch, or dinner). All major attractions are located nearby.

We enjoyed our stay with excellent views from Terrace restaurant Nazara . Amazing feeling as looking 👀 lake views. It’s located centrally so we enjoyed walking along side Lake Pichhola. . Staff were nice and friendly.

Beautiful 😍 place , very courteous staff, excellent food and services. Comfortable rooms. Very nice atmosphere and the best part is the roof top restaurant.

Worst experience no service at all. All written it’s wrong . 3 days no housekeeping no bedding. I will not suggest anyone

As per photo the location of the hotel very complex no parking facility provider you have to walk to reach hotel the food room is good near to lack pichola.overall is good.

My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The food and beverages were charged almost at double the standard price, which felt unreasonable. The room itself was very small, and to make things worse, the AC window made loud noises whenever it rained, as water kept falling on it — making it hard to sleep peacefully. Overall, the experience did not justify the price charged, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and value for money.

Hotel's room Picture seen in Make my trip was different and the actual room is very different. No body cleaning during my two days stay. A very dirty and smaly towel was provided by the hotel. Power backup is not seen, during our stay many times power cut is happening. Hot water is not provided in the bathroom until you call. After my call for hot water he said only after 7.00 hot water supply will start. As per policy and booking confirmation extra bed not provided by Hotel staff. The overall location is good and nearby all major places. Nobody helps to carry on luggage when we check out time.

The room was spacious but I have problem with the furniture in the room. I was not comfortable at all. Otherwise the location is okay as it is in the city centre.

The behaviour was good but the room was not clean. resturant was good as lake facing view. tv remote was not working. it's a average hotel.
